    (WORK WITH ME)

Let's put AI to work in your business

Three ways I help Indonesian companies: building AI agents that do real work, training teams to actually use AI, and advising leaders on where it fits. Business-first, anti-hype, scoped to your situation, not a one-size template.

    (SOUND FAMILIAR?)

    When companies call me

It is rarely "we need AI." It is usually one of these:

    • An AI pilot that looked great in the demo has been stuck in proof-of-concept for months.
    • Teams are experimenting with AI tools on their own, with no coordination and nothing in production.
    • Leadership can't tell which AI use cases deserve investment and which are noise.
    • They need an agent or automation that can survive real operations, not another demo.
    • People attended AI training, and by Monday nothing about how they work had changed.
    • The business side and the technical side are talking past each other.

If one of these is yours, tell me about it. You will get a straight answer on whether it is worth pursuing and what I would do first.

    (What I believe)

How I think about AI for business

I look at AI from the business side, not as an engineer. But I don't just advise on it, I build it. AI agents that run in production, tools shaped to real work, and the training that gets teams using them. Across banking, fintech, and consumer goods, and inside my own agency.

    1. 01

AI should make your team faster without making the work sloppy. Speed is easy. Speed you can trust is the actual job.

    2. 02

The best AI does the work, not just the writing. Agents, tools, software that actually runs. You stay in charge of the calls that count.

    3. 03

Start from the work you already do, not a tool someone's selling you.

    4. 04

The goal isn't a wow demo. It's your team still using AI a month later, and the month after that.

    5. 05

I'll tell you what's real and what's hype, including the places AI shouldn't be anywhere near your business yet.

    6. 06

Business-first. If you're not technical, you're exactly who I explain this for.

The models aren't the hard part anymore. Using them well, with judgment, on the work that actually matters, is. That's where I come in.

    (THREE WAYS IN)

    How we can work together

You work with me directly, from first message to delivery. Agent builds ship through Infused and training runs through Latih AI, Infused's training brand. One conversation, one person accountable.

    (01)

    AI Agent Builds

    through Infused

I design, build, and ship AI agents that run in production and do real work, with the guardrails, human checkpoints, and audit trails a real company needs.

For: Companies with a specific, repetitive workflow worth automating safely.

    What you get

    • A clear read on whether an agent actually fits the task (or whether something simpler wins)
    • A scoped build: system prompting, tool use, integration with your stack
    • Guardrails, hard limits, human-in-the-loop on consequential steps
    • Reliability measured across real runs, not one demo

    (02)

    Corporate AI Training

    through Latih AI

Hands-on training (around 70% practical) that gets your team actually using AI in their daily work, scoped to your real workflows, not a one-off slide deck.

For: Teams and leaders who want AI capability that survives past Monday.

    What you get

    • Programs scoped to your team's roles, tools, and goals
    • Prompt + context engineering, agents, workflow automation, responsible use
    • Role-specific use cases for each team, on your real work
    • Delivered in-house on-site or remotely

    (03)

    AI Adoption Strategy

    advisory

A business-first read on where AI fits your company, what to do first, what to ignore, and how to roll it out so it has real impact instead of becoming a stalled pilot.

For: Leaders who need a plan before they spend, not a tool demo.

    What you get

    • A clear-eyed view of where AI realistically fits your business
    • A ranked shortlist of the highest-leverage use cases
    • A phased rollout plan that proves value before it scales
    • Honest build-vs-buy calls in plain language

    (Not sure which you need?)

Start with an AI Clarity Sprint

A few focused days, fixed scope, no retainer. You get an honest read on where AI actually helps your business and a 30-day plan you can act on. It usually points to exactly which of the above is worth doing next.

    See the sprint

    (HOW IT WORKS)

    Simple, no long sales process

    (01)

    Tell me the problem

A message with a bit about your team and what you're trying to do. I reply with a straight take on whether I'm the right fit.

    (02)

    Get a scoped proposal

If it's a fit, I send a proposal scoped to your situation: what we'd do, what you get, and the shape of the engagement.

    (03)

    We do the work

Hands-on and measured by outcomes, agent shipped, team trained, or a plan you can act on, not a deck that gathers dust.

    (FAQ)

    Working together

How do I start working with you?+

Tell me what you're trying to do, on WhatsApp or by email, with a bit about your team and the problem. You'll get a straight answer on whether I'm the right fit and, if so, a proposal scoped to your situation. No long sales process.

    How much does it cost?+

It depends on scope: the size of the build, the number of people trained, the format, and your goals. Rather than a fixed price list that fits no one, I scope each engagement to what you actually need and send a proposal. The fastest way to a number is to tell me the specifics.

Can you do all three, or just one?+

Either. Often they connect, a strategy session points to one workflow worth building an agent for, and a team that needs training to run it. But plenty of engagements are just one of the three. We start from your actual problem, not a bundle.

Do you work with companies outside Indonesia?+

Primarily Indonesian companies, in Bahasa Indonesia or English. I can work remotely with teams elsewhere too, especially in Southeast Asia. Reach out and we'll see if it's a fit.

    Are you an engineer?+

No, and that's the point. I'm business-first. I translate what AI can really do into decisions a non-technical team can act on, while still going deep enough to be right about the technical trade-offs and to ship working agents through Infused.

Tell me what you're trying to do

The fastest way to know if I can help is to start a conversation. You'll get a straight answer and, if it's a fit, a proposal scoped to your situation.

Running an event? I also do talks and workshops.
