    THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

A few things worth clearing up.

How do I start working with you?+

Tell me what you are trying to do, on WhatsApp or by email, with a bit about your team and the problem. You will get a straight answer on whether I am the right fit and, if so, a proposal scoped to your situation. No long sales process.

The most useful first message names the work that is eating time and what you have already tried. If a pilot stalled last year, that tells me more about what will work now than any framework would.

    How much does it cost?+

It depends on scope: the size of the build, the number of people trained, the format, and your goals. Rather than a price list that fits nobody, I scope each engagement and send a proposal.

What moves the number most is depth rather than duration. A build on a workflow you can already describe precisely is cheaper than one where we have to establish what the process even is first, and that discovery is usually where the real value sits. The fastest route to a figure is telling me the specifics.

Can you do all three, or just one?+

Either. Often they connect: a strategy session points at one workflow worth building an agent for, and a team that needs training to run it. Plenty of engagements are just one of the three.

We start from your actual problem, not a bundle. If the honest answer is that you need training and not a build, or a two-week look and not a project, I will say that. Selling all three where one would do is how engagements end up expensive and unused.

Do you work with companies outside Indonesia?+

Primarily Indonesian companies, in Bahasa Indonesia or English. I work remotely with teams elsewhere too, particularly across Southeast Asia.

The Indonesian focus is not a limitation so much as where the context is worth paying for: local tooling constraints, regulated-industry expectations, and how Indonesian teams actually adopt new tools differ enough that generic advice tends to miss. Reach out and we will see if it is a fit.

    Are you an engineer?+

No, and that is the point. I am business-first.

I translate what AI can really do into decisions a non-technical team can act on, while staying close enough to the building to be right about the trade-offs and to ship working agents through Infused. Most of what decides whether AI helps a company is not an engineering question: which tasks repeat, what an error costs, who owns the output. Those get answered badly when they are treated as technical problems.
