Corporate AI Training for Indonesian Teams
Help your team use AI in the work they already do. I run practical training through Latih AI, Infused's corporate training brand. We work with your team's tasks, from research and writing to reporting, and agree on what participants should be able to do afterwards.

(A sample exercise)
One real task. An output you can check.
This illustrates the work, rather than a fixed agenda or a claimed client outcome. Topics, duration, and follow-up are scoped with your team.
- 01
Bring one task
For example, turn meeting notes into follow-up actions. Use sample material or data approved for the exercise.
- 02
Try it, then check it
Write a prompt with context and an output format. Compare the result with the source, including anything unresolved.
- 03
Try another case
Improve the prompt, use different notes, and decide when the output needs correction or further review.
(THE APPROACH)
Training that sticks, because it is mostly hands-on
Most AI training is a one-off workshop people forget by Monday. Mine is built around your team's real workflows, runs roughly 70% hands-on, and is measured by what people can do afterward, not how inspired they felt on the day.
I sit between the business side and the technical side, and that is the point. I translate what AI can really do into language and use cases a non-technical team can act on, while still going deep enough that product and engineering teams can build agents themselves.
(WHAT WE COVER)
What the training covers
- Prompt and context engineering for real work, not toy demos
- Building and using AI agents (system prompting, workflow automation, integration)
- Workflow automation with tools like n8n
- Role-specific use cases for each team (marketing, ops, product, engineering)
- Practical AI adoption: where AI fits your processes, and where it does not
- Data security and responsible use, important for regulated industries

(WHY ABI)
A practitioner who builds, then teaches
I do not just talk about AI, I ship it. I build AI agents that run in production for real businesses. The training comes from that real work, which is why teams trust it.
Previously at Shopee, and Co-Founder of Infused and Epilog Creative, I have spent years putting AI to work inside real Indonesian companies. When I teach a team, I am teaching from scar tissue, not slides.

(Compare)
Which training format actually changes how a team works
The format decides the outcome far more than the syllabus does. This is the honest comparison, including the option where you do not hire anyone.
| Format | Best when | What it really costs | Typical result after 3 months |
|---|---|---|---|
| One-day workshop | You need awareness across a large group fast | Low fee, one day of everyone time | Enthusiasm on the day, little behaviour change. Nobody built a habit. |
| Structured programme | You want people working differently, not just informed | Higher fee, plus discovery time before session one | Specific tasks moved to AI, because practice happened on real work |
| Internal DIY enablement | Small team, and you are already fluent yourself | Your own hours, no fee | Works well up to a point, stalls when functions diverge |
| Tool licences only | Almost never on its own | Recurring per-seat cost | Low usage. Access is not the constraint, a good starting point is. |
(FAQ)
Frequently asked questions
Is the training hands-on or just theory?+
Hands-on. Programmes run around 70% practical, on the team's own real work rather than on generic examples, so people leave having actually done the thing.
This is the single biggest predictor of whether training changes anything. A lecture-format AI workshop reliably produces enthusiasm on the day and no behaviour change by the following month, because nobody built a working habit while someone was there to unstick them. The DataCamp 2026 report found companies pairing AI investment with structured upskilling were twice as likely to report significant positive ROI, 42% against a 21% baseline.
What does the corporate AI training cover?+
Prompt and context engineering, building and using AI agents, workflow automation with tools like n8n, role-specific use cases per team, practical AI adoption strategy, and responsible use including data security for regulated industries.
Every programme is scoped to the company's real workflows first. In practice that means a discovery step before anything is written: which tasks repeat, which outputs get checked, and what people are already quietly doing with AI without telling anyone. That last one usually reshapes the agenda more than the brief does.
What decides how much corporate AI training costs?+
Four things, roughly in order of impact: how many people are trained, how many sessions or modules the programme runs, whether it is delivered on-site or remotely, and how much of it is customised to your workflows rather than delivered from a standard curriculum.
That last one is the real cost driver, and it is also the one that decides whether the training works. Building the material around your team's actual tasks takes discovery time before the first session. Abi scopes each programme to the team rather than publishing a price list, so the fastest route to a number is to describe the team and the goal.
How do I compare AI training quotes without just picking the cheapest?+
Ask every vendor the same four questions, and the range usually explains itself.
What percentage of the time is hands-on practice? Is the material built on our workflows, or is it the same deck you delivered last week? What happens in the four weeks after the session? And who is actually teaching, someone who has built and shipped this, or a trainer working from someone else's slides?
A cheap quote is often a standard curriculum with no follow-up, which is the format most likely to produce zero behaviour change. That is not a saving.
What industries has Abi trained?+
Pharmaceutical and consumer goods (Tempo Scan Group), fintech (Ajaib), and insurance and financial services (Astra Life).
Separately, and this distinction is worth keeping straight, Abi has worked with Bank BCA, Bank BSI, Bayer, Brompton, and Kapal Api through Epilog Creative, his digital agency. Those are agency relationships, not AI training engagements. Regulated industries do shape the training: for fintech and insurance teams, the data-handling and human-review sections carry considerably more weight than they would elsewhere.
Online or in-house? How is it delivered?+
Both. Training runs on-site at your office or remotely, scoped to team size, the tools you already use, and what you want people doing differently afterwards.
The format matters less than the follow-up. On-site tends to work better for hands-on sessions where people get stuck and need someone at their shoulder; remote works well for leadership sessions and for teams spread across cities. What predicts whether it sticks is whether anything happens in the weeks after, not whether everyone was in the same room on the day.
Who provides corporate AI training for companies in Indonesia?+
Abi Mangku provides hands-on corporate AI training for companies in Indonesia through Latih AI, the corporate training brand of Infused. Programmes have trained teams at Tempo Scan Group, Ajaib, and Astra Life, across pharmaceutical and consumer goods, fintech, and insurance.
He also builds production AI agents through Infused, which is what keeps the training current. The examples used in a session are drawn from systems shipped that quarter rather than from a curriculum written a year ago.
How do I book Abi for corporate AI training?+
Message WhatsApp at +62 811-1734-674 or email abimnagari@gmail.com.
Include three things and the reply gets much more useful: roughly how many people and which functions, what they do today that you want done differently, and any constraint that matters such as regulated data or a fixed date. That is enough to scope a proposal without a discovery call whose only purpose is collecting the same facts.
