AI agents that actually know your company, connected to Slack, Notion, Drive, and Salesforce, with permissions that separate what an agent can see from who can run it. This is the shape most useful internal agents take, not a clever demo but one wired into the real knowledge and the real guardrails.
Infrastructure for voice agents that answer and make real phone calls. You bring the model and telephony, it handles the listen-think-speak loop, the latency, and the monitoring. Worth knowing when the job is literally on the phone, like inbound support or outbound follow-ups.
Open-source observability and evals for AI apps: traces, prompt versions, cost, and scoring across real runs. This is how you tell whether an agent is genuinely reliable or just lucky in the demo. Part of the stack I actually build on.
The low-code way to build agents if your company already lives in Microsoft 365. Not the most flexible option, but sitting next to Teams, SharePoint, and the existing governance is often exactly what gets an agent past IT and into real use.
No-code, drag-and-drop AI automations and agents for people who are not engineers. Think of it near n8n and Make, with a gentler on-ramp. Good for letting a business team build its own small agents instead of queuing behind the dev backlog.
