Anti-hype AI talks for people who have to make decisions
I speak and run workshops on AI for business, the practical, business-first version, grounded in actually building agents and training company teams. No hype, no fear, just what's real and what to do about it. In Bahasa Indonesia or English.

(TALK TOPICS)
What I talk about
Each can flex from a 20-minute keynote to a half-day workshop, scoped to your audience.
AI Agents for Business: What's Real, What's Hype
A grounded look at what AI agents can and can't do in a real company in 2026, using actual reliability research, not demo reels. Audiences leave able to tell a serious agent project from a expensive distraction.
Getting Your Team to Actually Use AI
Why most corporate AI training is forgotten by Monday, and what a program that changes how people work really looks like. Practical, honest, drawn from running hands-on training for enterprise teams.
Where AI Fits Your Company: A Non-Technical Leader's Guide
A business-first framework for deciding what to do with AI and in what order: where it fits, what to do first, what to ignore, and how to roll it out so it has real impact instead of stalling as a pilot.
The Honest State of AI in 2026
A no-hype synthesis of where AI actually is right now and what it means for Indonesian business, the signal under the noise, told from a practitioner's seat.

Recent stages
Real rooms, real audiences. Two recent invitations, one message: practical AI, no hype.
PDX2026 · Penang, Malaysia · July 2026
Trusting the Machine: AI agents, and how to start safely
PDX2026, Penang's largest AI and digitalisation event to date (120 speakers, an expected 10,000 attendees), invited me to speak on AI agents for Asia Pacific. What I told the room: ignore the FOMO, start with one painful repeatable workflow, design for trust, and bring the agent to where work already happens.

iQOO Z11 Series launch · May 2026
iQOO (by vivo) invited me to open their Z11 Series launch: showing a room of media, creators, and community how to get real work out of the phone's AI, not just demo it. The same practical, business-first AI I talk about, on a consumer stage.

Disway, January 2026
Allianz Indonesia invited me to their NgobrAZ session on using AI at work without turning it into a shortcut. Disway covered the discussion and quoted me on the part I care most about: the hard problem is not the technology.
“Tantangan terbesar dari adopsi AI di dunia kerja bukan pada kecanggihan AI, tetapi pada mindset penggunanya. Ketika AI diposisikan sebagai jalan pintas, kualitas berpikir dan rasa tanggung jawab justru bisa menurun.”

(WHO IT'S FOR)
A good fit if
You're running a corporate event, leadership offsite, or industry conference and want an AI talk that respects the audience's intelligence, no slideware about robots taking over.
Your team needs to understand AI from the business side: where it fits, what's real, and what to actually do, from someone who builds and trains, not just talks.
I regularly run sessions for teams at companies like Tempo Scan Group, Ajaib, and Astra Life.
Got an event or a team that needs this?
Tell me about your audience and what you want them to walk away with, and I'll suggest a format that fits.
