(Work with me / AI Clarity Sprint)

Everyone's selling AI. Here's the straight answer for your business.

A short, focused sprint. A few days, fixed scope, no retainer. You've heard the hype from every direction. You leave with a ranked map of where AI is real for your business, where it isn't, and a 30-day plan your team can actually run.

A few private slots at a time. No fixed price list, I scope it to your situation.

Directly, and through the companies I co-founded: Infused (AI agent builds, with its corporate-training brand Latih AI) and Epilog Creative (digital agency).

    (This is for you if)

    • You run a company or a team, you know AI matters, and you're tired of advice that's all hype or too technical to use. You want a straight answer.
    • You're a business or marketing leader, not an engineer, and you make the call on where to spend.
    • You suspect AI could help your marketing, content, or operations, but you don't want to waste money finding out the wrong way.
    • You've tried a few tools, seen a wow demo or two, and still nothing changed how the work gets done.
    • You want a plan you can act on in 30 days, not a six-month transformation project.

    (Not for you if)

    • You want someone to confirm the hype and promise AI will run your business while you sleep. That's not real, and I won't sell it.
    • You're shopping for the cheapest freelancer to wire up a chatbot. This is careful thinking about your business, not a quick task.
    • You want validation for a tool you already bought. I start from your work, not a tool someone's selling you.
    • You want guaranteed numbers and certified results. I'll give you an honest read, not a sales pitch.

    (What you get)

Clarity you can act on, not a demo you forget

    A ranked AI opportunity map

Where AI realistically helps your business, in order of impact and effort. Just as important, where it doesn't help yet, including the places AI shouldn't be anywhere near your business at all.

An honest audit of how you work now

A calm look at your marketing, content, and operations. Where the real friction is, and which parts of it AI can actually take off your plate.

    A competitor and category scan

What others in your space are doing with AI, what's working, and what's just noise. So you move on evidence, not guesswork.

    A prioritized 30-day action plan

A short list of moves your team can start Monday, in order, from the ones that pay off fastest to the ones that can wait.

A working prompting kit you keep

A small set of ready-to-use prompts built around your real tasks, so nobody on your team faces a blank screen. Yours to keep either way.

A handover call, not a PDF you file away

We walk through the map and the plan together, I answer the hard questions in plain language, and you leave knowing exactly what to do next.

    (How it works)

A few focused days, start to finish

    Day 1: Discovery call

You tell me your situation and your goals. I listen for the real business problem underneath the AI question, and we start from that, not from a tool.

Days 2 to 3: The honest audit

I dig into how the work gets done, scan your competitors and category, and separate what AI can genuinely do for you from what's just being sold. This is the thinking you're paying for.

Day 4: The map and the plan

I rank where AI helps, name where it doesn't, and turn it into a 30-day plan with a prompting kit built around your real tasks.

    Day 5: Handover call

We go through everything together so it sticks. You leave with clarity, a plan you can act on, and honest answers. What happens next is your call.

(How far you want to go)

Three depths. We pick one on a short call.

No fixed price list. I scope it to your situation and send a proposal. These are about depth, not a menu.

    Focused

One area, fast. Usually marketing, content, or a specific workflow that's slowing the team down.

    • Discovery call
    • Honest audit of that one area
    • Ranked AI opportunity map for it
    • 30-day action plan
    • Starter prompting kit
    • Handover call

    Business-wide

The whole picture across marketing, content, and operations, not just one corner of the business.

    • Everything in Focused
    • Wider audit across marketing, content, and operations
    • Competitor and category scan
    • Deeper opportunity map, ranked by impact and effort
    • Prioritized 30-day plan across areas
    • Fuller prompting kit built around your real tasks

    Sprint plus a running start

You want the plan, plus a steady hand while your team gets the first moves live.

    • Everything in Business-wide
    • A working session with your team on the first priorities
    • Light follow-up as you start the plan
    • A clear path into a build (Infused) or team training (Latih AI) if it makes sense

The sprint stands alone. Anything after it is your option, not an obligation.

    (Why me)

Someone who runs a business, builds the AI, and teaches the people

I'm not a consultant who has only ever made slides. I co-founded and still run Epilog Creative, a 50+ person Jakarta agency, since 2019, so I know what a real team and a real P&L feel like. Through Infused I build AI agents that run in production, and through Latih AI I train company teams to actually use this. I sit in the rare overlap: someone who runs a business, builds the AI, and teaches the people. That's why I can tell you what's real and what's hype without flinching. My read comes from real money on the line, including the times it didn't work, not from a deck.

    (Questions)

    Straight answers

What is an AI Clarity Sprint?+

A short, focused engagement, usually 3 to 5 days. I audit how your business works now, scan your category, and hand you a ranked opportunity map, a 30-day action plan, and a prompting kit your team keeps. Bounded scope, a clear outcome, no retainer. It cuts through the AI noise and leaves you with a concrete next step, not a vague transformation project.

Where does AI actually help my business, and where does it not?+

That's the whole point of the sprint. I start from your real workflows, then rank where AI genuinely saves time or improves the work, and I'm just as clear about the places AI shouldn't be near your business yet. Anyone who tells you before looking is guessing. You leave knowing exactly where to start.

I'm not technical. Is this for me?+

Yes. If you're not technical, you're exactly who I explain this for. I work in business terms, not code. You don't need to understand how the models work to make good calls about where they fit, and you stay in charge of the decisions that count.

How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?+

Most AI consultants have never run a P&L or a creative team, and most marketers can't build AI. I do both. I run an agency, I build AI agents that run in production, and I train company teams. So the plan you get is grounded in what actually ships, not in what sounds good in a deck. And I'll tell you honestly when AI isn't the answer, which most people selling AI won't.

How much does the AI Clarity Sprint cost?+

It depends on how far you want to go, so I scope it to your situation rather than post a fixed price. Tell me where you're stuck on a short call and I'll send a proposal built around that. The tiers on this page are about depth, not a menu of prices.

What do I actually walk away with?+

A ranked map of where AI helps your business and where it doesn't, a prioritized 30-day plan your team can start immediately, a working prompting kit so nobody faces a blank screen, and a handover call so it all makes sense. The sprint stands alone. If you want to go further later, that's your call, not a condition.

    Will AI replace my team?+

No, and I won't pretend otherwise to make a sale. Good AI does the work you already do, faster and more repeatably, while you stay in charge of the calls that count. AI drafts, you decide. It can be confidently wrong, so a person checks what matters. If a part of your business shouldn't touch AI yet, I'll tell you.

A clear place to start, in a few focused days

Speed is easy. Speed you can trust is the actual job. You don't need to understand every AI tool. You need one honest read on what's real for your business, and a clear place to start.

Tell me your situation and what you're trying to figure out about AI, in a couple of sentences. If it's a fit, I'll send a proposal scoped to it. If it's not, I'll tell you that too, and point you somewhere better. I keep this small, so there are only a few private slots open at a time.
