Building
- Through Infused, building and shipping AI agents for Indonesian businesses, the kind that run in production with real guardrails and human oversight, not demos.
- A side project: AI tools to spot TikTok trend patterns and predict which trends are likely to resurface next.
Training
- Running hands-on corporate AI training through Latih AI, helping company teams actually use AI in their daily work, scoped to their real workflows.
Writing
- Publishing practical, anti-hype notes on AI for business here on the site, plus a weekly AI synthesis with a business lens.
- Recently wrote about why AI agent demos look smooth but fail in real offices, grounded in 2026 reliability research.
Learning
- Going deeper on agent reliability and evaluation, the real gap between "works in a demo" and "works at work." It is where most of the value, and most of the risk, actually lives.
